An update

Not too much happening around here, Bert left at the start of his days on... 12 days ago. He's been at a camp South of Fort Mac, working like a dog. At least the weather hasn't been too bad, it's back up to being about 3 Celsius, better than the -30 it was when he first went up there. He will get home in 3 more days and then we'll head down South to spend some time with family.
In other news we have two more beautiful nieces!! Shelby and Rorie (Aurora). We're very excited to meet them for the first time!
Most of my time here with the girls hasn't been too bad, although Joslyn has taken to pouring entire boxes of cereal or "go-go guys" as she calls them, onto the floor. (And no, I have no idea where she came up with "go-go guys" as a nickname for cereal)
We've kind of put the house hunt on hold as we like a couple of houses, but nothing that we're set on getting and just "have" to have.
On the plus side, I've been writing, although I had writers block for what seemed like forever, driving me crazy! I'm at about 72,000 words, and when our new ink cartridges come in the mail I plan on printing out what I have of my first draft to take it South with us and edit along the way. I have four friends reading this to give me their opinions, and so far the input I've gotten has been insightful and I am very grateful to them!! If what I'm writing ever gets published, I'll owe them for having the patience to read thru something so hacked up.
I think Joslyn and Keira are going to be close sisters, as the two of them seem so enthralled with each other. Jawz loves to make her baby sister laugh, and "play" with her. She gives Keira tons of hugs and kisses, and is always wanting to hold her. The two of them are both growing like crazy, my tall girls!! At 2 months Keira was 24 inches long and Joslyn was 3ft. Crazy how fast they grow!
Anyway, it's way too late to be on here, so I'm saying goodnight and heading to bed. Peace.
